1. I am a businessperson and I would like to do a bussines trip; can you provide the ground transportation?
A: Of course, we can. In order to make every thing easy, before your arrival, we request you to e-mail the list of places to visit, that way we will take care of the logistics.
2. I have a bussiness men group; we´d like to visit different industrial parks and/or offices at the Metropolitan Area of Guadalajara; can you take me to those places?
A: Yes, we can. However, to determine the number of vehicles you´ll need for the service, we need to know the number of persons of the group as well as the addresses for making the acurated logistics.
3. I have a social event; is it possible to take me there and/or wait for me at the place?
A: Yes it is. This is another service at your disposal. Please give us the name or address of the place, as well as the schedule.
4. I am working on the decoration of a place, and I would like to buy different items for the interior and the outside of it; can you help me with it?
A: Of course, we can. Due to our experience, we know a wide variety of shops and factory stores, but if you already have a list of your favorite shopping places, we´ll be glad to take you there. Our business is that you feel satisfied with your shopping. We DO NOT get any commission from any store or factory!
5. How can I contact freight companies that also take care of shipping and handling?
A: It is better if you gather some information before your arrival to Guadalajara; otherwise we will suggest some local companies that will give support to your proyect.
6. Does the person who will take care of my service have a profesional preparation?
A: At Mexico City there is the Federal Tourist Bureau, known as Secretaría de Turismo (SECTUR). Guadalajara´s branch office provide with the authorization and updating courses to all the tour guides and drivers. In our case, all of us are Bilingual Federal Government Bonded Tour Guides & Drivers. We carry our effective credential at plain sight. Do not let be fooled by the piracy! Always demand for the SECTUR effective credential. It is for your own safety.
7. Does the tour guides and drivers speak English well?
A: Yes we do. We allways make the things easy for our visitors
8. What is the fee for the different services?
A: Please try at the contact section and send us an e-mail describing your needs and we will send you back a quotation.
9. What is the minimum time for the service at disposal?
A: We ask you for a minimum of four continue hours in the Metropolitan Area of Guadalajara and in a perimeter of 40 miles.
10. What does the service fee include?
A: The tour guide and driver payment, plus the vehicle and its expenses.
11. Do the toll roads, meals, drink and / or museum tickets are included in the fee?
A: No. Definitively those extras are on your own.
12. I need transportation, from Guadalajara to another city, do you provide this service?
A: Yes, that is another service we provide.
13. How can I pay for the services?
A: In cash. It can be with Mexican Pesos, American Dollars, with a wire transfer (just in Mexico, due to the hig bank commission from USA to Mexico) or with a bank deposit.
14. Do you give invoices for the services?
A: Yes we do.
15. How do you identify me at my arrival to the airport?
A: We carry a banner with the name or logo you want.
16. How can I do my reservation?
A: Once you are at the contact section, just fill the blanks and please send an e-mail.
17. When are the tour days?
A: Most of the tours are from Monday to Saturday. However, a few tours apply on Sunday.
Please consider some museums close on Monday, and during holidays we are not able to do some tours, because of parades, roadblocks or closed shops. Please ask us about it.
18. When is the airport services operating?
A: Every day of the year at any hour.
19. Are the services in group or private?
A: All the services are PRIVATE. Just for you and your companion.
20. What is the kind of vehicles you have?
A: Two European Van for 8 passengers and a full size car for 3 or 4 passengers. All with A/C
21. Is there any kind of insurance for the passenger?
A: Yes, there is an effective insurance for all the passengers.
22. There is an extra charge for delayed arrival?
A: No extra charge for delayed arrival.
